Oklahoma Corporation Commission regulates underground storage tanks through the Petroleum Storage Tank Division (PSTD). All individuals performing UST installation, removal, or testing must hold valid OCC licenses.

  • Effective Oct 1, 2024: Anyone performing UST/AST testing must be OCC-licensed

UST Installer

Requirements

UST Remover

Required for removing underground storage tanks

UST Tester

Required for tank testing, line testing, and cathodic protection
